New Date and Updated Route to Celebrate 10 Years of Adventure!
The 10 Year Anniversary of MCBC's Dirt Fondo returns to its in-person outdoor off-road adventure on Saturday July 23, 2022, as 300 lucky riders will embark on a 45-mile journey from the Golden Gate to Mt. Tam and back. There is amazing scenery along the whole route and a good mix of trails, fire roads, and tarmac! Friendly faces will greet you at 4 rest stops on the way out as well as on the return and world-class support on course, including marshals, mechanics and SAG.
The day culminates with a post-ride party among the horses at the Presidio Riding Club Stables in the Marin headlands. To mark our 10th anniversary we’re working with local milliner Tommy Breeze and the Dirt Fondo design team at VehicleSF to create a special commemorative cap for this year’s event.
We’ve tweaked the traditional route and will offer a bonus lap for those looking to make it 49-miles! And as always, we will offer routes of 32, 23 and 10 miles for those looking for a bit less challenge.
When: Saturday, July 23rd (soft start between 6:30 am and 8:00 am)
